7 SUMMITS EXPEDITION is the name of a unique adventure created by our partners Into the white for a group of amateur alpinism/climbers. This project includes the ascents of 7 of the highest peaks in the world in 7 years, on 7 continent, all encapsulated in 7 video films. A celebration whose first films are selected to be screened during the Mountain film festival “Mountains on Stage.
In this challenge, our Studio Kretz+Partners was asked to give an identity to this project, design its communication supports and make sensational films to drive brand awareness.
We have created a logo and brand identity that encapsulates and retraces this beautiful project that goes far beyond a simple sporting achievement.
Climbing the 7 summits is a real human adventure. Using the shape of a mountain, we added and integrated an additional graphic line to stabilize the typography, while creating a graphic game, almost like a motive. The addition of this new element makes it possible to integrate the 7 in a set of coherent lines while bringing more strength to the logo. The use of Helvetica Neue condensed bold allows very good visibility.

The visual territory takes its inspiration from the gleams of an expedition, when the early beautiful morning light is projected by making the reliefs dance, leave the place for the time poetry and the twilight.
